• While this package is called the “Day of Event Coordination”, it’s really more of a “Month of Event Coordination” package. This is the perfect package for the couple who has completed their planning (or plans to do so) and is looking for someone to execute their vision and assist with the details of the day. This package will allow our couples and their loved ones to relax and focus on enjoying the day instead of worrying about the details.

     

    *Coordination typically begins 1-3 months prior to the wedding date *

     



    Pre-Wedding Planning

    • Up to 3 in person meetings – one of which will be the venue walk through
      Review all your vendor contracts to understand exactly what will be arriving day of
      Venue walk-through to go over details of the wedding day
      Regular contact via email / phone / text from the time of contract
      Monthly email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned
      Timeline creation and run of show of wedding day details for both the bridal party and vendors 
      Production of a customized wedding day checklist for the bride
      Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors and confirm their arrival times and services booked 1 week prior  
      Coordination of wedding rehearsal (up to 1 hour)

    Wedding Day Coordination

    • Complete wedding management and day-of execution
    • Onsite presence for up to 10 hours on your wedding day (more onsite hours can be added for an additional fee)
    • Greet wedding vendors and be point of contact the day of your wedding. 
    • Distribute bouquets and corsages to bridal party, attendants & family members
    • Cue wedding party for reception toasts
    • Complete the set-up and styling of all wedding elements (seating charts or cards, favors, guest book, table numbers, centerpieces, etc.)
    • Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution
    • Retain the marriage license for officiant 
    • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors 
    • Ensure that all gifts and cards end up in your possession at the end of the event
    • Arrange for your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated person at the end of the event
    • Full access to the “Bridal Emergency Kit” – it’s a life saver!
  • The Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the couple who may have already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than a Full Planning Package. This offering is designed to allow the couple a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way. This package also includes all of the wedding day assistance listed in the “Day of Coordination” package.

    • Assisting with event design (choosing colors, centerpieces, and helping create an overall theme for your wedding)
    • Tracking response cards from your guests
    • Coordinating hotel blocks for your wedding guests
    • Managing your wedding website 
    • Transportation organization 
    • Attendance at up to 4 final vendor meetings of your choice
    • Venue walk-through to go over details of the wedding day
    • Seating chart and floor plan design
    • Regular contact via email / phone / text from the time of contract
    • Monthly email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned
    • Timeline creation and run of show of wedding day details for both the bridal party and vendors 
    • Production of a customized wedding day checklist for the bride
