H + M | May 2021

There are no words for how incredible Hannah and Marcus’s wedding was – after having to reschedule due to the pandemic, everyone was SO ready to get out and celebrate this amazing day! And though I’m excited for every wedding I do, this was my first one back after the COVID craziness, and man, what a wonderful way to jump back into the wedding world!

Hannah and Marcus spent the morning and afternoon with their loved ones having fun and getting ready for the ceremony. The wedding party was a blast and they got some great photos around Kansas City!

I love a good first look – whether it’s with your future spouse, a parent, or your wedding party. Hannah and Marcus had their own first look, but Hannah also did a first look with her dad and her bridesmaids. Cue all the happy tears!

Then it was time to see her future husband for the first time – and it was such a sweet moment! Look at those incredible smiles! I just love these two together!

Next up – wedding party photos at The Nelson Atkins Museum – and seriously, who doesn’t want a shuttlecock photo on their wedding day? This group was a blast and the photos turned out beautifully

Next it was time to get these two officially married! The bride’s sister and maid of honor surprised them with a song she wrote before the ceremony began – she did a beautiful job! The bride and their parents were able to peek through the curtain to watch. There were so many special touches throughout this day, but I think this one was the sweetest!

Let’s take a quick second to show off some of the beautiful details from this day – from the stationery and florals to the accessories and the pretzel bar that featured the couple’s love of the show “The Office”, this wedding had it all!

All the guests had an amazing time celebrating at the reception before sending the newlyweds off in a super swanky vintage car. This one really was an incredible day! We wish Hannah and Marcus all the happiness in the world in the years to come! Cheers!
